The past year has been incredibly challenging for anyone working in the healthcare setting.
Despite our worries and fears, healthcare professionals continue to show up to work every day, and are operating in so many roles to ensure the needs of our patients and families are met. This can be met with signs and symptoms of burnout or compassion fatigue, but the key is recognizing it in order to implement methods to promote resiliency.
This interactive workshop will discuss these important issues so that we can continue to bring our best selves to the populations we serve.
